The iPhone 5 release date has been a very discussed and rumored date for the last couple months. Apple has continued to stick to there strict no communication policy and remain completely silent about any release dates and or information on the iPhone 5. The strongest rumors currently going around are pointing towards a late summer and early fall release. If it were to be last summer it would be around June/July at the WWDC which Apple holds everyday for its app developers. More importantly, and also more realistic release date is early fall around late September and early October. This date follows Apples normal timeline which lead them to the release of the iPhone 4S on October 14th, 2011, they keep the device on the market for a year so that all the possible profits from the device can be made, and that the new device does not stop any customers from buying the current devices. That is also the reason behind there release date secrecy, they want the consumers to keep buying their old devices still the day the new one comes out.
